Carol works out of our Windsor office and is our Client Care Administrator for the entire agency. She has been with the agency for 11 years. She has mad computer skills and is the resident DMS expert. She has training in advance Microsoft Excel and Personal Finance through AFCPE.

Carol is the master of all client and creditor relations at the agency; she works closely with counsellors and clients to help manage their Debt management programs and iron out any kinks. She has a keen sense of organization and if you need to know where something is Carol will always know where to go. Carol also helps with Client Services and will book and confirm appointments.

Carol has 3 wonderful children and 2 beautiful grandchildren. She enjoys traveling with her family and cooking. She always brings the most wonderful lunches to work every day making the rest of the staff jealous. Whenever you need a good laugh or a pick me up  Carol’s office is the place to go.
